What are the different alerts that I can set on my band through the app?

Call Alert  – This will show when you are receiving a call on your mobile device. The band will have a subtle vibration and show the ‘phone’ icon along with the caller ID. (This setting is available to you only if you turn it on in your settings on the app: Device > Call Alert > On).

Sedentary Alert –This setting is to notify you when you haven’t been active for a while. For example, if you have been sitting too long at your desk, your band will vibrate to let you know that you should get up and move around to reach your daily goal. (This setting is available to you only if you turn it on in your settings on the app: Device > Sedentary Alert > On).

Alarm Alert – When activating this setting on your mobile device, the app will link the alarms you have set with the alarm app made by Apple. When the alarm goes off, it will also go off on your band by vibrating. You can turn it off with the button on the side of your touch screen. (This setting is available to you only if you turn it on in your settings on the app: Device > Alarm Alert > On).

SNS Alert – Turning on this setting will allow you to get notifications from social media apps through your band. (Ex. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) When you receive one of these notifications on your phone, you will feel a vibration on your band. (This setting is available to you only if you turn it on in your settings on the app: Device > SNS Alert > Choose social media app > On).

Take Photo – When going through this setting, you will be able to access a camera. You are able to place your phone without hands reach and take a photo. Then simply press the button on the side of the band and it will have taken a photo on your phone and be sent to your camera roll. Great for large group pictures where a selfie isn’t going to work!

Wrist Sense – This setting is quite simple. If you would like your band to turn on its display by just sensing when you turn your wrist, activate it. (This setting is available to you only if you turn it on in your settings on the app: Device > Wrist Sense > On).

Find Phone + Anti-lost Alert – When your band is searching for your phone nearby it will show an icon that looks like a cell phone with a magnifying glass on top of it. This is to make sure you do not lose it. If you have become in distance with your phone and the band cannot find the signal, the band will vibrate to make sure you don’t misplace it. (This setting is available to you only if you turn it on in your settings on the app: Device > Find Phone > On and Device > Anti-lost Alert > On).

SMS Alert – This will show when you are receiving a text on your mobile device. The device will have a subtle vibration and show the icon along with the caller ID and will start showing you the text message. If you would like to continue reading the message after the display turns off, just press the button on the side of the band. (This setting is available to you only if you turn it on in your settings on the app: Device > SMS Alert > On).

How do I know my heart rate is being tracked?

On the back of the touch screen you will notice a green light that blinks from time to time, this is when it is measuring your heart rate. It will then show you on your screen.

How long does it take for the band to measure my heart rate?

The band must be well fitted on your wrist to give an accurate result. When checking your heart rate, the band will show you a number and then adjust. For example, let’s say you are running, take a break, then slide to the heart rate display, it may say 60 RPM but after waiting a few seconds it then adjusts to the make sure you get the most accurate result. In this circumstance, it will take up to 10 seconds to go up to the correct RPM. Please be patient for the most accurate RPM.

How do I time myself with the band?

There is a button on the side of the touch screen, when you hold this button down for a few seconds it will change to a timer. Click the button one more time to start the timer. You will then be able to see how many calories you burn, steps you take, and your heart rate all in that one time interval.

Can the mobile app send my data from my band to My Heath by Apple?

The data can be sent as long as you allow it to. Once you pair your band with your device it should ask you if you would like to send over the information gathered to different apps. If you would like to change this setting later, you can find it in your settings through the VeryFit app. Our personal tracking devices allow you to track many different features.

What material is it made of?

Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), sometimes referred to as thermoplastic rubbers, are a class of copolymers or a physical mix of polymers (usually a plastic and a rubber) which consist of materials with both thermoplastic and elastomeric properties.
