If you have decided that within 7 days of receiving your PulseBandz that you would like to return the device or exchange it due to a technical issue, contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to speak to a representative. Let us know that you would like to know how to return a PulseBandz or exchange it and we will go over the process with you as a reminder.
A customer service representative will be in touch with you within 72 hours and will email you a USPS shipping label in order for you to send us back the band.
Mail the package as soon as possible and we will take care of the rest.
PulseBandz will check the device for any damage done, which would not be covered and if everything checks out, we will either refund you your money or send you a new one.
Now you can enjoy your new PulseBandz or receive your refund within 3-5 business days.
If you have passed the 7 day free-shipping warranty period, you will be responsible for mailing the band back to us (PulseBandz) at 300 N Central Ave Glendale, California, 91203 Suit #304. The same steps apply accordingly. Please read our refund and warranty policy below for further information.

Pulsebandz Guarantee: a warranty period of 45 days from the date of the sale (the actual date of receipt). Receipt must be provided.
The following conditions shall not apply for Returns:
any goods of the non-authorized dealers to sell (serial number PULSEBANDZ does not match)
products out of warranty period
Unauthorized repair, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, in liquid, accident, alteration, improper installation causing quality problems of goods, or torn, altered labels, machine serial number, anti-counterfeiting
commodity packaging, accessories, gifts, incomplete brochures, missing or altered invoices;
damage due to force
If there are quality defects in the warranty period, PULSEBANDZ chooses an approach among the following:
(1) Free repair for the product with new spare parts or refurbished spare parts;
(2) Replace with a new or refurbished product, certain shipping charge and maintenance fee may be charged accordingly. Please contact customer service. If the product out of the warranty period, you may pay maintenance costs as well as freight.
To obtain warranty service, you must send the product to PULSEBANDZ specified address, and use the original packaging or packaging providing for the same degree of protection.
This clause is applicable to PULSEBANDZ or PULSEBANDZ manufacturing representatives, and can use the “PULSEBANDZ” trademark, trade name or logo that comes with the product. PULSEBANDZ dealers, agents, or employees are not authorized to make any modifications by limiting, extending or increasing the warranty. If any provision is deemed illegal, it shall not affect or impair the remaining provisions of the legality.
